Private Messages on the Zen Cart Forum

What is a PM?

The Zen Cart forum offers the capability for users to message each other. This feature is called private messaging or PM.

What are the rules of PM?

Private messages are subject to the Zen Cart Code of Conduct. The do’s and don’ts list also provides some guidance.

How do I send a PM?

There are two ways:

Open the member’s profile (click their username in a post, or find them in the members directory) and click the “Message” button.
Go directly to Compose Message and search for the person you want to message.

The same formatting toolbar used in the forum is available when composing a PM, including the image icon for pasting a link or uploading a picture directly - see Attachments for details.
